ResponsibilitiesManage complex caseloads of Family Help cases.Provide early intervention to keep children and young people safe.Identify and review risk throughout the case.Collaborate with families, networks and professionals to create plans.Use IT skills (Word, Excel, databases) to communicate effectively at all levels. QualificationsExperience working with children and families.Passion for supporting sustained change.Resilience and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.Strong IT proficiency.
