Family Solicitor (NQ+)

Location: Bath - flexible hybrid

Salary: £45-65,000+ DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters with a strong emphasis on Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse work.
• Handle a broader range of family matters including divorce, financial remedy, separation, and cohabitation disputes.
• Work closely with colleagues across the family team to deliver high-quality, compassionate advice.
• Contribute to the department’s continued growth through networking, marketing, and wider business development initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• Qualified Solicitor, NQ+, with all levels of PQE welcomed.
• Experience or a strong interest in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters is essential.
• Legal aid experience not required.
• Compassionate, client-focused, and confident managing sensitive and urgent matters.
• Strong communicator with the ability to handle a varied caseload and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
