The role

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded team handling a wide range of family and matrimonial matters. This includes:

• Complex divorce and financial remedy work, often involving high-net-worth clients;
• Advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements;
• Privately funded children matters;
• Civil partnerships and related disputes.

Alongside client work, you will also be expected to:

• Play a role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers;
• Take part in business development and networking initiatives;
• Contribute to the continued success and strong reputation of the firm.

Candidate background

The firm is keen to speak with ambitious lawyers who are technically excellent, commercially aware, and confident handling high-profile clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, together with a collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for family law.

Qualifications and experience

• Senior-level: Associate role in Family / Matrimonial law
• Experience: 3-5 years’ PQE in matrimonial/family law; exposure to high-net-worth divorce work advantageous
• Solid experience in matrimonial/family law from a recognised family practice
• Hybrid working flexibility may be offered depending on role requirements
