Family Solicitor – 5+ PQE | Surrey (Weybridge)

An established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their thriving private family department. This firm has a long-standing reputation in the local area for providing exceptional client service across a range of legal disciplines, with a particularly strong and busy Family team. Their work is almost entirely privately funded, covering the full spectrum of family law matters including:

  • Divorce and financial remedy
  • Cohabitation and separation agreements
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

The successful candidate will take on a varied caseload, working with a loyal client base of high-net-worth and professional clients. You’ll have the support of an experienced team, secretarial assistance, and the autonomy to manage your own files with confidence. Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload in a private family law practice.
  • Advise on divorce and financial remedy matters, cohabitation and separation agreements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and professional clients.
  • Work with a supportive team and utilise secretarial resources to manage files efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ PQE in Family Law (privately funded work)
