Responsibilities

As a Family Associate / Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role within the Family department, managing your own varied caseload. You’ll work closely with partners and colleagues to deliver first-class client care, build your own network of contacts and referrers, and contribute to the team’s continued growth through marketing and business development. You’ll also have the chance to mentor junior team members and get involved in client relationship development, seminars and networking events.

Qualifications

You’ll be a confident and experienced Family Lawyer, ideally within a busy family law department. You’ll have excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive and team-oriented approach, and the ability to manage your own caseload while maintaining exceptional client care. You’ll be comfortable handling sensitive and complex matters, have strong attention to detail, and hold a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree.
