Are you an experienced Family Solicitor ready to take the reins and help shape the future of a growing department?

Who we’re looking for

2–3+ PQE Family Solicitor
Able to independently manage a caseload
Strong experience in divorce, finance, and private children work
Experience handling financial matters for business owners or HNW clients
BD and networking experience
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and sociable – someone who adds to the culture

What you’ll be doing

Taking over an existing caseload of divorce, finance, and children work
Getting involved in business development and networking
Contributing to the future direction of the family team in Liverpool
(Longer term) potentially mentoring future paralegal hires

Salary & Benefits

£42,000–£55,000 depending on experience
21 days annual leave + bank holidays
Additional 2-week Christmas shutdown (not taken from holiday allowance)
Holiday purchase scheme

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home (after 3-month probation)
Full-time preferred, but 4 days a week considered
