About the Role:

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse and injunction matters
• Work closely with clients, offering clear, compassionate, and practical legal advice throughout sensitive circumstances

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in private family law
• Strong technical expertise and confident case management skills
• Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation abilities
• A team player who can also manage workload independently
• Business development skills and enthusiasm for maintaining and growing client relationships
