We are excited to recruit a Family Support Practitioner to work in the Ashfield North Family Hub area.

Appointment to this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure that families with identified needs receive appropriate family support services within the home and community to ensure they get the right help at the right time from conception until their child reaches the age of 19.
• You will deliver a range of family support services, one to one support, evidence-based parenting programmes, and interventions within a defined locality to help keep children safe and help families thrive.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and 5 GCSEs at A*-C (including English) or equivalent.
• Full driving licence (unless disability precludes this).
• DBS check clearance.

Contract and Work Details

• Salary: £26,824 - £29,540 per annum (pro rata)
