What you’ll do
- Lead the Fast Track team across OIC/MOJ/MIB and litigation—keeping matters moving, ensuring compliance, and driving results.
- Manage, coach, and develop solicitors, fee earners, paralegals, and admin staff through capacity planning, training, and performance reviews.
- Drive quality and commercial outcomes through file reviews, audits, MI reporting, and KPI delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on dashboards, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
- Champion Proclaim best practice, templates, and process discipline.
- Maintain a partial caseload of fast-track EL/PL/RTA to stay hands-on—handling drafting, negotiation, liability/quantum assessment, issuing, and briefing Counsel.
What you’ll bring
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with strong claimant PI experience.
- Expertise in fast-track EL/PL/RTA, OIC/MOJ/MIB, and litigation end-to-end.
- Proven leadership skills—delivering measurable improvements in quality, throughput, and client care.
- Proclaim proficiency and a process-first, improvement-focused mindset.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills with sharp commercial judgement.
- A calm, credible communicator who can coach, motivate, and course-correct effectively.
