Responsibilities

  • Deliver fiduciary KPI, SLA and working capital targets for your area of responsibility
  • Work effectively with colleagues across the business to deliver required outcomes
  • Support development of the strategy for fiduciary accounts and propose plans for improvement
  • Oversee delivery in relation to specific projects and improvements
  • Support the business in achieving fiduciary targets
  • Oversee activities of the India Team and input into performance management (no direct line management)

About the Role

  • Managing the interface between fiduciary accounts and the business units you work with
  • Providing leadership to the offshore team and ensuring meaningful targets are set and achieved through agreement and collaboration with Genpact and the business
  • Utilising fiduciary knowledge to deliver operational and financial benefit
  • Proposing activities or workstreams aimed at improving the end‑to‑end service
  • Supporting the design and implementation of processes to improve efficiency and enhance the control environment
  • Working collaboratively with our outsource partner
  • Supporting Senior Management in achieving strategic business objectives
  • Supporting the development of a robust, efficient and cost‑sensitive strategy for Fiduciary Accounts
  • Understanding complex internal and external accounting problems and proposing solutions
  • Producing regular reports to management on key targets, projects and issues
  • Producing project summaries or presentations as required
  • Proposing changes that will reduce risk or improve service
  • Ensuring policies, procedures, processes and controls for your business area are appropriately maintained and approved by owners
  • Supporting a risk‑proportionate control and oversight function for Fiduciary Accounts within Risk Solutions
  • Leading or managing current or legacy‑based initiatives as requested by management
  • Developing and maintaining key internal or external relationships (e.g., underwriters, auditors)

About You

  • Enthusiastic team player with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Strong understanding of and experience with insurance broking accounts
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and information‑gathering skills; able to use them to identify key risk areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to communicate well across all organisational levels
  • Upholds and demonstrates leadership values
  • Well‑developed influencing skills
  • Experience working with an offshore service provider
  • Strong understanding of the UK Regulatory environment
