Singleron is seeking motivated and ambitious talent in the field of single cell analysis and next generation sequencing as Field Application Specialist, UK Role Description As a Single Cell Field Application Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team and play a key role in supporting customers through performing wet‑lab experiments at customer site, workflow demo, training customers on Singleron products, experimental design discussions, and troubleshooting within your region. You will serve as the key technical contact, working closely with our technical teams in Germany to help customers rapidly adopt Singleron’s technology and ensure their continued success with our applications. Additionally, you will support regional marketing in the UK by working closely with sales, product, and application teams to generate qualified leads and support business opportunities; as well as to plan and execute regional events, conferences, and workshops to increase customer engagement and brand visibility. Key responsibilities
Support sales with presentations and demonstrations of instruments and solutions Provide pre‑ and post‑sales scientific and technical support, including customer training and application guidance Perform wet‑lab experiments with customer’s samples Work cross‑functionally with research and development, product management, project management, and German Service teams to develop and maintain sales presentation and training material Support other regional marketing activities such as generating and maintaining necessary marketing materials and contents; representing Singleron by presenting scientific data and workflows at trade shows, conferences and customer events when required
Basic Qualifications
Master degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field; Ph.D. in the relevant field could be a plus Hands‑on experience with single cell or NGS workflow Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently to achieve company and customer goals Result‑oriented and willing to learn new things Willingness to travel up to 60% within UK and Ireland
