Field Applications Engineer – FPGA / EDA

I am working with a multi-national EDA and semiconductor IP company that is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to join their team in the UK. As a Field Applications Engineer, you will support a major customer in the verification of their designs. This role offers a great opportunity for an Applications Engineer or a Field Applications Engineer to advance their career working directly with a key customer in a pre-sales capacity.

My client has a strong record of staff retention and development, making this a valuable opportunity.

Qualifications and skills:

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent in electronic engineering
• Solid understanding of FPGA technologies, including verification and emulation
• Pre-sales experience or a strong interest in pre-sales, with commercial acumen
• Understanding of the EDA ecosystem is beneficial
