- Base Salary of £26,031 per annum
- London Allowance of £3,500 per annum

We operate year-round with a rolling rota and a typical average 37.5 hours per week, covering day shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. Evening shifts range from 5pm to 1am. Flexibility is required and you may start earlier or finish later; rota information is provided in advance.
Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll visit individuals in their homes to install tagging equipment. You’ll
- work alone or with a Monitoring Support Officer
- build confidence with individuals in relation to the justice system and public safety
- help reduce pressure on the prison system and support ex-prisoners to re-integrate into the community
- experience variation and opportunities every day
You’ll receive 3 weeks of training and will be accompanied by an experienced Officer/Mentor on the road until you’re comfortable in your new role. What you need to do the job
Our current Electronic Monitoring Field Officers come from diverse backgrounds; prior experience isn’t the focus—commitment to making a difference to the lives of others is. You’ll learn during a 2-week initial training course and through shadowing and mentorship from other colleagues. You must have:
- a current valid UK driver’s license
- reasonable fitness
- good written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information
