Sales Consultant – Leased & Tenanted Pubs - Sussex, Surrey, Kent

Homebased – Travel required

We are currently recruiting a talented and collaborative Sales Consultant to join our On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team in the Local Sector, which is currently growing year on year.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving new business within Leased & Tenanted pubs and managing key accounts.
• Winning new leased & tenanted customers, ensuring minimum spend criteria are met.
• Retaining & growing existing key customers.
• Building strong relationships with telephone account managers to manage leads.
• Collaborating with external Pub Co area managers to find new opportunities within their pub estate.
• Innovating and improving the L&T deal to strengthen our position as the UK’s #1 foodservice wholesaler.
• Implementing strategic territory plans as set by your line manager.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for pub food and a customer-first mindset.
• Personable, driven, well-organized, resilient, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to acting with integrity and honesty.
• Proven experience managing customers face-to-face or over the phone.
• Experience in account retention and growth.
• Target-driven with a record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
