Field Sales Consultant – Your Way – Home/Field Based - Sheffield

Salary: Up to £35,000 with fantastic bonuses, company car or car allowance, home-based contract, and excellent company benefits

We are expanding! Here at Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Field Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximizing business in your dedicated neighborhood of just one square mile.

Responsibilities include:

• Research target audiences and opportunities in your neighborhood
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
• Onboard new customers effectively while nurturing existing accounts and tracking activity using Salesforce
• Collaborate with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community team
• Deliver profitable volume growth and meet sales targets
• Monitor competitor and market activity to ensure the best solutions for customers from the largest Foodservice provider

We seek someone who can win new business and maximize sales with existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or Account Management, be commercially savvy, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. A passion for sales is essential. Food industry experience is a plus but not required.
