Field Sales Executive - High growth sports & wellness brand. This role is based in Manchester and is home-based, focusing on supporting customers based in Manchester and surrounding areas. You’ll join a small but rapidly growing team and work to grow the brands across retail, wholesale & convenience channels.

This global FMCG business operates in Health & Wellness with brands in functional food and drinks. The company emphasizes a positive, entrepreneurial culture and regular change as it continues to grow in the UK market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting, developing, and activating your area of customers across all channels (Wholesale, Convenience, Retail).
  • Selling the existing range, new launches and campaigns to customers in the retail, convenience & hospitality sector.
  • Creating efficient and effective plans with commercial and brand guidance.
  • Building & developing relationships with existing decision makers across key routes to market and wholesale partners to ensure customers and consumer needs are met.
  • Maximising brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities.
  • Ensuring promotional activity is implemented and identifying and implementing in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility & availability.

Requirements

  • Some experience in a commercial setting or an obvious aptitude to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively under own initiative.
  • Passionate about finding new creative sales solutions with your customers and establishing long-term relationships.
  • Ability to highlight and follow through with challenges and opportunities alike.
  • Thrive on a high pace and quick decisions. You are socially skilled and humble towards both customers and colleagues.
  • Thorough, structured and with a high work ethic.
