The Sales & Marketing team looks after our customers and helps them through one of the most important parts of their lives: finding and buying a new home. We pride ourselves on putting customers first, and sales and marketing are key to making that vision a reality. Our teams, both locally and nationally, work together to ensure we show people the perfect home for them. Roles include building and maintaining websites, running marketing campaigns, answering customer questions, guiding and supporting them through the purchase and personalisation of their new home, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. Some team members work on-site in showrooms, while others support from the office, all focused on meeting customer needs and helping them find the perfect home.

The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director and contributes to the overall success by driving sales performance through effective management of the Sales Adviser team. Key targets include legal completions, customer care, average selling price, sales overheads, and client extras.

You will be expected to:

  2. Recruit new Sales Advisors and oversee their training and development.

  9. Coordinate the launch of new sites with marketing input.
  10. Contribute to marketing campaigns for current and future developments.
  11. Ensure marketing materials comply with group standards and legislation, including Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading (2008).
  12. Focus on actions that drive customer satisfaction and division KPIs, including NHBC and cost management targets.
  13. Liaise with colleagues to ensure smooth customer journeys across developments.
  14. Handle customer care issues as the point of contact.
  15. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  16. Assist with research on potential and existing developments as required.
  17. Report to the Sales Director on sales and legal completions.
  18. Manage the presentation of show homes and sales offices, organizing resources to meet standards.
  19. Promote and adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
  20. This is a trainee role, requiring additional support and smaller site allocations, with day-to-day support from a designated Sales Manager.
  21. Process credit and debit card transactions in compliance with PCI DSS standards, undertaking relevant training.

To be successful, candidates should have:
