FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (DIESEL GENERATOR) — This role is open to anyone with previous experience as a generator engineer or with a strong skill set to progress quickly to establish your own account. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Service and Installation: Maintain and install diesel generators ranging from 20kVA to 1000kVA.
- Diagnostics and Repairs: Identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load Bank Testing: Conduct load bank tests and produce detailed reports.
- Deep Sea Panel Configuration: Install and configure Deep Sea control panels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with company standards.
- Customer Support: Address client needs, offering expert advice and solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle in excellent condition per company policy.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to company health and safety policies, ensuring tidy and safe work areas.
Qualifications / Key Attributes
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with generators or equivalent technical expertise.
- Positive Mindset: Enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Team and Solo Work: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a strong team.
- Adaptability: Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
