About the Role
Carbon60 are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join one of our exciting water treatment clients. This is a hands-on role involving the maintenance, servicing, and occasional commissioning of water treatment systems at client sites within assigned region with the opportunity for occasional international assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain systems such as Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and site operatives.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
- Complete installation and commissioning tasks (depending on experience).
- Produce accurate service reports and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced maintenance engineer with a multi-disciplinary background.
- Previous experience in field service or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of water treatment systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
