Responsibilities
As the Field Service Engineer, you\'ll be tasked with installing and maintaining all products at customer sites in accordance with customers needs and requirements, train customers on the use of the equipment, train customer technicians on the service and maintenance of the equipment, to complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works, and maintain a record of time worked, time for travel etc.
What we would like from the Field Service Engineer
- Apprenticeship in Engineering
- Experience of working in a Field Service Role
- Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation
- Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
- Full UK driving licence
- Good level of mechanical fitting skills
- Good level of electrical engineering skills
- Basic level of control systems and PLCs
- Basic level of welding skill
- Forklift licence
- MEWP licence
What we offer the Field Service Engineer
- Salary paying up to £35,000 doe
- 25 days annual leave bank holidays
