About The Role

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Manchester. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware equipment and Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery. The role involves both technical expertise and strong customer interaction.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Diagnose and repair faults on MFDs, replacing parts where necessary. (Training provided)
• Install, configure, and update firmware/software.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear service reports.
• Driving license required; experience as an IT Field Engineer is preferred.
• Experience fault-finding and repairing MFDs (Multi-function devices) or similar equipment.
• Strong IT knowledge.
• Experience with hardware/software support; bonus for experience supporting MFDs.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
