Field Service Engineer (Medical & Aesthetic Equipment)
Location: Huntingdon but Field-based across the UK (travel required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: GBP35,000 GBP40,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our client's growing team, supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical and aesthetic laser/light-based equipment at clinics across the UK.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure laser/light equipment at customer sites
- Carry out routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Respond promptly to on-site service requests across the UK
- Build positive relationships with clients, offering tailored technical support
- Accurately document all service visits and technical findings
- Train users on correct operation and maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and support product improvement
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working on-site
Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous field service experience is advantageous
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Valid UK driver s licence (essential for travel to client locations)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
