We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. This role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate billing, and timely payments. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling accounts receivable and related administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing and Payments: Prepare, issue, and track sales invoices across multiple projects and currencies; monitor accounts receivable, including following up on overdue invoices and chasing late payments; process and reconcile employee expenses, refunds, and reimbursements.
- Administrative Support: Manage billing and payment-related email correspondence, ensuring timely responses; maintain accurate financial records and documentation; provide administrative support to both the finance and operations teams as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role (accounts receivable experience is a plus).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
