At TiNBOX, we believe business success isn’t built inside or outside a box — it’s created when you realise there is no box at all.
Our founders spent decades inside some of the world’s largest organisations — mastering traditional systems, but always questioning them. Through those professional and personal journeys, they discovered a powerful truth: most limits are artificial. Your potential is not.
TiNBOX exists to help individuals break those boundaries. We empower them not just to survive, but to thrive, lead, and realise their full potential.
TiNBOX is more than an accounting firm. It’s a mindset. A commitment to possibility, resilience, and radical independence. This is a journey we walk together — every client, every team member, every day.
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Finance Administration Manager to join our team and deliver high-quality financial support to both TiNBOX and our clients. You may be seconded to client projects as part of our CFO support services, so versatility, professionalism, confidentiality, and confidence in your ability to adapt are key.
If you have a strong positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the determination to push through challenges — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities (may vary depending on assignment/ poject)
·Provide day-to-day financial management for assigned clients or internal projects
·Maintain ledgers, process payroll, and handle reconciliations
·Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports
·Support budget creation, forecasting, and KPI tracking
·Identify and implement process improvements
·Provide guidance and support to junior team members (where applicable)
·Liaise with external accountants and auditors for year-end and compliance
·Ensure all tax, VAT, and statutory obligations are met
·Support with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
What We’re Looking For
·High standards of personal integrity and professionalism
·Strong work ethic and a “can-do” mindset
·Willingness to learn and grow with the business
·Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others
·Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
·Prior finance experience (preferred but not essential)
·Finance qualifications (AAT / ACCA / CIMA) are a plus but not required
·Location: Varies by client — can be remote, hybrid, or in-office
·Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexibility available depending on project)
As part of your application, please include:
·Your preferred salary expectation
·Your ideal working pattern (e.g. remote, hybrid, in-office)
·Your preferred days and hours of work
Why This Role Matters
The Finance Administration Manager is a trusted, central role — a key part of the operational backbone of both TiNBOX and our client organisations.
You’ll help implement systems and processes developed by our CEO and leadership team, ensuring they run efficiently and evolve as we grow.
Our Culture
We believe in flexibility, trust, and freedom.
We are open, honest, protective, positive — and a little unconventional.
A Note to Applicants
We encourage creativity, authenticity, and the use of all your skills — including AI tools.
Do: Take your time. Show us your best. Use your tools. Be resourceful and sharp.
Do not: Copy/paste generic AI content. Submit sloppy or rushed applications.
We're building something different at TiNBOX — and if you're ready to do meaningful work with great people, we’d love to meet you and welcome you to our TEAM.
