This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.**Background**This role will incorporate a broad range of responsibilities within operational finance and external reporting, supporting on complex areas of accounting responsibility such as treasury, audit issues and business analysis requirements. Alongside this the role provides an opportunity to drive efficiency and process improvement throughout the finance function. This role will suit a motivated individual who is flexible and enjoys working with a range of stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities*** Assisting with accounts payable processes including invoice review, approval, and payments for the main UK administration entity.* Management of the Group expense claim process including reviewing and approving expenses claims in line with the Group T&E and credit card policies.* Accounts payable sub ledger reconciliations · Bank reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items for 20 operating accounts* Corporate cash management and daily cash reporting to senior management.* Assisting the revenue team with Quarterly institutional billing.* Balance sheet and P&L review and production of account reconciliations.* Working closely with the Business to understand accrual and prepayment requirements.* Accounting for fixed assets and projects* Assist with the production of the teams year end statutory accounts.* Analytical review of costs to support management accounts.* Lease accounting entries following applicable local accounting standards.* Ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.**Desired Skills / Experience**The role varies day to day.
