As aFinancial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial reporting and forecasting operations, helping to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial data that powers our investment decisions. You’ll play a key role in statutory and management reporting cycles, support budgeting and forecasting, and champion continuous improvement across financial processes.

But that’s not all — you’ll also lead and inspire a team member, helping them grow and thrive in their role.

Location:Focus Point, Caledonian Road, London (moving to Canary Wharf in early 2026)

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with sharp analysis and commentary
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles with meaningful insights
  • Operating valuation tools like FIS to assess financial swaps
  • Preparing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors and directors
  • Enhancing financial models and applying technical accounting overlays
  • Driving structured risk reporting and internal control processes
  • Mentoring and engaging with graduates to support their development

Who we're looking for

  • Degree-qualified (2:1 or above)
  • Ideally a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or close to completion
  • Strong grasp of technical accounting and consolidation
  • Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented
  • A confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • Up-to-date knowledge of FRS101/102 and IFRS
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query), Word, and HFM skills
