Hertility is transforming women’s health, putting fertility and reproductive care at the forefront of conversation and care. We’re the only CQC-approved provider offering at-home hormone health, fertility testing, and end-to-end clinical support.

Location: Greater London, England, United Kingdom. Role: Finance Analyst (Part time).

What you’ll be doing

• Own and manage the month end close process, including journal entries (accruals, prepayments, revenue recognition) and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary and insights for leadership
• Perform and review bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee AP/AR processes, including invoicing, pay runs and supplier reviews
• Support budgeting, forecasting and spend reporting
• Continuously improve our finance systems, processes and internal controls
• Business partner across teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Accountant: Newly qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or QBE with 3–5 years’ experience in industry.
• Detail Obsessed: Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to spotting and resolving discrepancies.
• Process Improver: Always looking for ways to automate, enhance systems, controls and reporting efficiency.
• Insight Driven: Able to turn financial data into actionable insight through clear, concise commentary.
• Collaborative Communicator: Comfortable working cross-functionally and tailoring financial messages to different audiences.

Your team

You will be working and reporting directly to our Head of Finance – Charlotte Armitage. You’ll also work with the People, Growth, Business Development, Product and Data teams.

Flexibility in this role

We are looking for someone to work with us for between 22 and 30 hours per week. Our operating hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, so as long as your hours fit into this time slot we can make it work.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £40k - £55k FTE pro rata to 0.6 - 0.8 FTE or 22 to 30 hours per week.
