We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and results-driven Finance Analyst ready to own key analyses and drive strategic decision-making across the business.
Role
The role - what you'll do: As a Finance Analyst in Dext's FP&A team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality financial analysis, insightful reporting, and accurate forecasting. You will work closely with the FP&A Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that management has the data and analysis needed to drive growth, improve efficiency, and optimise resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning & forecasting, maintaining accurate models and supporting budget reviews. Deliver management reporting & analysis, turning numbers into insights and clear performance commentary.
- Partner with Marketing to track spend, measure ROI, and model the impact of campaigns and customer acquisition.
- Use tools like NetSuite and Omni to uncover revenue trends, cost drivers, and profitability insights.
- Champion process improvement, helping automate reporting and streamline FP&A workflows.
Goals & Objectives
- Improve forecast accuracy and provide leadership with actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Deliver timely and high-quality financial reports that drive accountability across teams.
- Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvements within finance and cross-functional teams.
About you
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with strong analytical skills (advanced Excel and data analysis tools).
- Solid grasp of financial modelling and ability to present complex data clearly and engagingly.
- Proficiency with financial systems such as Omni and NetSuite.
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or are working towards them.
- Hands-on experience using Omni and NetSuite in a finance environment.
