About The Role

The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality MI and variance analysis to senior management. Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, you will need to adapt to FBC’s evolving needs and prioritise tasks effectively. As part of a continuous improvement culture, you will proactively look for opportunities to enhance processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Working closely with operations to investigate losses and process fails resulting in a financial impact
• Period end accounting including accruals and prepayments
• Monitoring and communicating overhead spend to budget holders
• Analysis and reporting of packaging, raw material and labour variances
• Financial responsibility for ensuring accurate KPI and MI is communicated to management
• Forward looking forecasting flagging issues and financial impacts to operational team
• Assisting and covering Management Accountants
• Assisting cost accountant with tasks
• Assisting in budget preparation and year end

Who We Are Looking For

• Part qualified in CIMA/ACCA
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance role, preferably within FMCG
• Experience with SAP
