If you have people skills, personality and potential then you have all the makings of a great iQer.RoleFinance Business Partner (Maternity Cover 12 month FTC)As part of the Business Partnering team you will be responsible for supporting the business performance agenda by business partnering the Central and Site Operations teams and providing insightful analysis and reporting.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partner for 2 regions of Site OMs.Work to standardise business partnering practices across all regions.Support the creation of a Site Business Partnering plan for the year, ensuring a consistent approach to training across each region.Understand and review all regional and functional Operating Costs within remit, challenging and linking in information from other departments.Present fully analysed Operating Costs within remit to Senior Operations Business Partner at month end.Provide analysis as required to support the monthly outlook schedule.Provide planning team with inputs for the cash forecasts as required.Work closely with the Business Planning team to ensure a smooth and timely handover of information each month end.Continuously improve the standard of Operating Cost reporting and review processes.Support the Central Operations team and Business Planning team with cost analysis as required.Work closely with the Group Reporting Manager to ensure correct accounting treatment for all Operating Cost entries.Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.Responsible for creating sections of the Operating Cost budget.Skills and ExperiencePart-qualified/finalist or newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) or trainee with relevant experience.Experience of working in a similar role within a fast-paced multi-site business.Good communicator with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial data to both Finance and non-Finance teams.We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.Ready to feel like you've got the best job ever?
