We’re supporting a data-rich, high-performing organisation that’s looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys using data and insight to drive meaningful change across a growing business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll act as a genuine commercial partner to the wider leadership team helping to translate complex business activity into clear financial insight and supporting better decision-making.

Roughly 20% of the role will focus on the core FP&A activity:

  • Budget control, variance analysis and reforecasting
  • Consolidating insights from across the business
  • Supporting budget holders and driving accountability

The remaining 80% is more fluid and commercially driven:

  • Deep‑diving into operational data and KPIs to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting product development and customer lifetime value analysis
  • Helping shape and evolve performance metrics as the business continues to grow
  • Partnering with operational and commercial teams to influence strategic decisions

You’ll have the opportunity to own and improve financial models, contribute to transformational projects, and play a key role in how finance adds value across the business.

About You

  • Qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑led environment
  • Naturally curious, proactive and keen to get involved beyond routine reporting

Why Apply?

  • A role with genuine variety, autonomy and influence
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects
  • A supportive environment that encourages development and progression
  • Hybrid working, brand new offices, and a collaborative culture

If you’re someone who enjoys digging into detail, connecting the dots, and helping shape commercial decisions, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
