Our client seeks a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making, enhancing financial performance, and supporting key business units with insightful analysis and guidance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable business intelligence.

The Role

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support strategic initiatives
  • Deliver robust financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to drive performance and profitability
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions to improve financial outcomes
  • Support month-end and year-end processes with accurate reporting and commentary
  • Lead financial planning cycles and contribute to long-term business planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and investment decisions
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

The Person

  • Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Commercial Experience: Proven track record in a business-facing finance role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business success
