Further responsibilities include:

  • Develop and embed plans to exceed budget and business targets for PBIT and TOTEX.
  • Challenge budgets and forecasts to ensure credibility, identify performance improvements and efficiencies.
  • Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and insights to enable course correction and target achievement.
  • Provide analysis on monthly, annual, and AMP performance against financial and output targets.
  • Take ownership of driving action when performance is off track and highlight risks/opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a skilled team to support decision-making, drive efficiencies, and strengthen controls.
  • Advise senior leaders with clear insights to shape financial and operational strategy.
  • Prepare and present reports to leadership teams and governance boards.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a fully qualified finance professional with experience working at a senior finance level in a fast‑paced, highly commercial and competitive environment, where you have performed robust investment analysis.

You’ll have excellent communication and influencing skills with strong experience of partnering senior business stakeholders with competing deliverables to hold them to account for delivery of financial and operations targets.
