This is an exciting opportunity to support senior stakeholders, guide commercial decisions, and be involved in projects that make a real impact.ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate monthly P&Ls, providing insight on key drivers, variances, risks and opportunitiesLead on balance sheet reconciliations and follow up actionsCoordinate and consolidate global monthly financial results, ensuring reporting is timely and accurateSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with senior stakeholdersProvide finance representation on projects, ensuring strong financial managementDrive process improvements in finance systems, procedures and reportingTrain and develop both finance and non-finance colleagues to increase commercial and financial awarenessManage and develop a small teamAbout You / QualificationsQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong track record in producing management and financial accountsExperience of supporting or leading small teamsHighly IT literate with strong Excel skills and experience of using accounting systems (Sage desirable)Commercially astute, with strong problem-solving and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with senior stakeholdersWhat’s on OfferSalary £45,000 - £54,000 depending on experience25 days holiday plus bank holidaysBonus schemePrivate healthcare coverPension schemeLife assurance (4x salary)Flexible hybrid workingLocationHybrid (office based in Peterborough area, with home working flexibility)Important noticesAnne Corder Recruitment Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
