Finance Business Partner

Location: College Campus (5 days a week, potential 1 day remote) Contract:Ongoing temporary (37 hours per week) Salary: £60,000 per annum

Our client is introducing a brand-new Finance Business Partner role to our college. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in ambiguity and can build the role from the ground up. Initially, you will assist with audit processes, then transition into shaping financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Develop forecasting models and manage budgets
• Cost projects and provide financial advice across departments
• Understand college funding streams and financial regulations
• Build strong relationships across the college

Essential Requirements

• ACCA or CIMA qualified
• College sector experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing, approachable personality
• Ability to work independently and create structure in a new role
