Finance Business Partner – Global Technology Business

Hybrid - 3 days / week in Milton Keynes office

Are you a Big 4-trained Chartered Accountant looking to accelerate your career in a global FP&A role? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global technology business in a high-impact, visible position that has historically been a launchpad to senior leadership – the current CFO started in this very role.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the UK, EMEA and US. You’ll:

• Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes.
• Own and improve financial systems and reporting processes
• Drive data-led conversations to support commercial and operational success.
• Support ad-hoc global and regional FP&A requests, particularly from stakeholders hungry for meaningful insights to aid strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For

• ACA-qualified (Big 4 training strongly preferred).
• Proven FP&A experience. Bonus if it's a multinational/global business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to work cross-functionally and influence at senior levels.
• Advanced Excel, ERP/system and data savvy
