Finance Business Partnering Professional – 12 Month FTC

Location: We operate a hybrid working model. Being within a commutable distance to Winchester is advantageous, though not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide trusted financial business partnering to functions and / or Finance colleagues.
  • Assist with the delivery of financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial objectives.
  • Work closely with other functions to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth.
  • Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking, highlighting risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Ensures financial governance and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of financial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Contributes to performance reviews, identifying key financial trends and supporting commercial decision-making.
  • Identifies and escalates financial risks, supporting the resolution of financial data inconsistencies.
  • Recommend updates to training material and assist with delivery of training material where required into the business.
  • Continuously develops knowledge of emerging financial trends, best practices and regulatory changes, recommend improvements to ensure financial processes remain robust.
  • Collaborates with teams in other Finance sub-families to improve reporting efficiency, financial controls and data accuracy.
