The chosen candidate will represent Finance, addressing their needs in various change initiatives, analysing to speed up change and ensuring valuable solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop into a trusted advisor and advocate for Treasury and Commercial Banking Finance in relation to change impacting the Markets, Finance and Risk architectureRepresenting Treasury and Commercial Banking Finance in a variety of forums and product backlog discussions, simplifying complexity and ambiguity into tangible actionsRole model Agile behaviours within the team and Treasury and Commercial Banking Finance more widelyCollaborate to deliver optimum outcomes for Treasury and Commercial Banking Finance with a wide range of partners across the bank, including multiple functions and levels of seniority, while appreciating the wider strategic priorities of the bankMaintain and enhance Treasury, Finance, Change, Systems and Industry knowledge through constant in role learningIndependently run ad-hoc analysis to support change initiatives for Treasury and Commercial Banking Finance, with support and guidance provided where requiredTesting of prototyped solutions to ensure they meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on generating value for the business early.About usWe’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good.
