IN2 Consult is recruiting a Finance Data Manager for a dynamic organisation in Basingstoke. This role focuses on leading finance data solutions using Power BI to drive insights and process improvements.

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Working arrangement: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of Power BI for finance reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to prioritise data initiatives.
• Support the Power BI champion network with report design and documentation.
• Drive data-driven insights and automation in financial processes.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with audits.
• Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Expertise in Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in complex datasets.
• Knowledge of financial data structures in finance systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within broad guidelines.
