Overview

Mondrian Alpha are working with a growing alternative investment firm to hire a Finance Manager into their high-performing corporate finance team. With a strong growth trajectory, new fund launches, and continued investment, this is an opportunity to step into a broad, commercially focused role.

As Finance Manager you will oversee the work of junior corporate accountants, and have an overview of the group's corporate month-end, consolidated management accounts, and board-level MI. You will report directly into senior management, and lead on financial control, budgeting, statutory reporting and liaise with external advisors ensuring accurate filings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of junior corporate accountants
• Maintain overview of the group’s corporate month-end close, consolidated management accounts, and board‑level management information
• Lead financial control, budgeting, and statutory reporting
• Liaise with external advisers to ensure accurate filings

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• 3-5 years' PQE, ideally from financial services or private equity
• Strong stakeholder management experience with a hands-on approach to process improvement
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
