The Role
Location: Bristol/hybrid
International travel requirement: up to 33% per annum

We’re seeking a Finance Manager – Operational Excellence to join our dynamic Finance team in Bristol. This role involves leading financial reporting and control excellence across our global operations. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Principle Accountabilities
- Shape and evolve financial policy, guidance, and templates to support operational excellence and robust financial control.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions to embed best practices across global finance teams.
- Lead balance sheet reviews with key entities to enhance transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and analyse reconciliation quality and completion to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.
- Partner with local finance teams and GBS to implement process efficiencies and elevate financial control standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong technical knowledge and IFRS expertise.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to deliver practical, business-aligned financial solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- A natural collaborator with strong interpersonal skills and a constructive challenge mindset.
- Experience in a Group function and a passion for driving process optimisation and cultural change.
The post holder will be prepared to travel internationally up to 33% per annum.
