Finance Manager

Multi Site Consumer Brand

London offices - 3 days pw / 2 days wfh

Would suit an ACA Qualified Accountant with at least 6 months+ in Industry

About Us

We’re a fast-growing, multi-site consumer brand with a strong presence across London and beyond. We’re looking for a Finance Manager who’s already made the jump from practice into industry, gained some commercial experience, and is now ready for a step up into a broader, more impactful role.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-visibility position where you’ll own the finance function day-to-day while also influencing the bigger picture. You’ll partner with operational teams, work closely with senior leadership, and help shape how we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Management & Reporting

• Lead the month-end process with accuracy and pace.
• Deliver insightful management accounts with clear, actionable commentary.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Support year-end and audit requirements.

Commercial Partnering

• Partner with site managers and area managers to improve performance.
• Analyse trading performance, pricing, and margins.
• Present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

Process & Controls

• Strengthen controls and reporting processes across multiple locations.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support system enhancements and data automation projects.

Strategic Projects

• Build business cases for new site openings and refurbishments.
• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for leadership decisions.
• Get involved in ad hoc commercial projects as we scale.

About You

• ACA-qualified with at least 6 months+ industry experience (ideally in a retail, hospitality, FMCG or leisure business).
• Exposure to management reporting, budgeting, and analysis in a commercial setting.
• Confident communicator who can work with both finance and non-finance teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
