Finance Operations Administrator

Contract Type: 6 months initally
Salary: 50,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time (Hybrid: 2 days in office)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Finance Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance and Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
• Invoice Management: Check bills and invoices using Qube MRI and NetSuite.
• Compliance Checks: Ensure adherence to segregation of duties in expense processing.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank transactions to source systems.
• Data Validation: Assist in preparing and validating financial reporting data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Code invoices onto our OCR System and assist with supplier inquiries.
• Customer Receipt Management: Manage daily rent receipting and collaborate with Property Managers.
• Data Quality Assurance: Partner with property management to resolve data issues.
• Finance Processing: Handle POs, invoices, expenses, and journals in NetSuite.

What We're Looking For:
We seek a proactive and self-motivated individual with the following skills and experience:

• Property Finance Experience: A solid background in property finance.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with financial ledger systems (NetSuite, MRI Qube).
• Attention to Detail: Strong data validation and analytical skills.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• VAT Knowledge: Understanding of VAT reporting is a plus.
