Finance, Planning and Analysis Manager - Leeds

The successful candidate will play an important role in the team, supporting the Senior Manager to develop and deliver key performance reporting to the Exec board and Senior Leadership, supporting the monthly in-year financial forecasting process and driving regular analysis and insight across the business to aid decision making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Senior Manager in delivering routine financial and operational reporting to the Exec board and Senior Leadership, including weekly trading performance and monthly finance board paper, working closely with members of the Controllership, Commercial Finance and Data Visualisation teams
  • Perform regular benchmarking against key competitors throughout the year, sharing insights with the Exec board, Senior Leadership and finance teams
  • Proactively drive analysis to understand, evaluate, challenge and improve performance, reviewed as part of the weekly trade meeting and monthly Exec meetings
  • Support the Senior Manager and broader FP&A team in the planning and forecasting cycle, and in delivering insights to shareholders in Exec-level deliverables and insights
  • Support Investor Relations team by providing analysis and insights for investor presentations
  • Support and drive ad hoc projects as required, strategic and cross-functional in nature requiring co-ordination across multiple stakeholders
