Earning potential is extremely competitive in comparison to other industries. This is due to huge fee sizes of £200k+, as well as a commission structure of 45% with no threshold.

The Job

• Sales-based role
• Dynamic and fast paced
• Cold calling, headhunting, advertising, networking
• Consult clients
• Find candidates for your client
• Set up interviews and secure a placement

Qualifications

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a top 50 university
• Sports background shows competitive mindset and team player attitude
• Strong A-Levels Grade B and above
• Money motivated will put in the effort to see the cash come in
• Hard working always puts in 100%
• Resilient; don’t be knocked when things don’t go your way
