Up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus

Our client, a respected global organisation with a strong UK presence, is seeking a Finance Supervisor to join their small, close-knit finance team. This is a pivotal role with real impact, offering variety, responsibility and the chance to grow professionally in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading month-end and year-end processes
• Delivering high-quality financial reporting
• Managing cash flow, stock reconciliations, and cost of sales analysis
• Supervising and developing a Finance Administrator
• Liaising with commercial and operational teams
• Supporting payroll, HR-related finance tasks, and insurance administration
• Playing a key role in audits, tax declarations, and statutory reporting

What We’re Looking For

• A strong finance professional with supervisory experience
• ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
• Strong Excel and (preferably) ERP system skills
• A hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Experience in manufacturing or international groups is highly desirable
