Finance Systems Analyst (Workday) | Music Industry

This role focuses on enhancing and optimising Workday Financials within a major player in the music industry. You will work closely with the Head of Finance Transformation to streamline processes, deliver improvements, and support the ongoing Workday roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver configuration and system changes to improve Finance team efficiency
• Lead on biannual Workday feature releases for Finance
• Act as the go-to contact for system issues, resolving or escalating as needed
• Identify and deliver process improvements using Workday Financials
• Support larger Workday-related projects and strategic initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years as a Finance Analyst or Accountant, with strong data skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Financials (config changes, reporting, dashboards, tenant management, governance)
• Eligible for the Workday Pro accreditation programme
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
