You will work at the cutting edge of technology with renowned organizations to reinvent the business planning processes that shape the financial landscape.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business planning aspects of Finance Transformation projects, heading mixed PwC/client teams.
• Ensure accountability for business benefits and process design.
• Uncover further service opportunities while embedded within client environments.

Business Development

• Innovate and lead cutting-edge concepts from ideas to reality.
• Build enduring connections with client stakeholders.
• Pioneer Finance Transformation thought leadership by collaborating with peers in Finance Strategy, ERP Transformation and related fields.

Practice Development

• Grow teams in the UK and in our delivery centres across the globe, by supporting recruitment activities and internal trainings.
• Develop the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you.

This Role Is For You If

• You have experience delivering end-to-end business planning process design and operating model delivery, ideally within large multinationals.
• Strong track record in fostering finance process change enabled by technology, either as a seasoned consultant or a senior finance professional.
• Good understanding of how digital technology and AI is reshaping the finance landscape.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities focused on developing and enhancing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on influencing and driving change in complex environments.
• A business and finance process-oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts.
• Experience delivering solutions with leading EPM products such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Tagetik, or Board is desirable.
• Experience with other emerging technologies (e.g. Agentic Process Automation, AI, Machine Learning) is desirable.
