Northreach is supporting our client, a highly respected financial services organisation based in Slough, in their search for an Interim Finance Analyst.
This role will play a key part in providing accurate, timely, and insightful management information to support decision-making across the business.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for producing regular and ad-hoc reports, delivering data-driven insights, and supporting in-depth KPI analysis. Alongside maintaining existing reporting structures, you’ll also help to improve processes for greater accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management information reports
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and provide analysis to aid decision-making
- Update quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
- Work on process improvements in reporting and analysis
About You
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, commercially aware team player with strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to challenge and collaborate across teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
- Good knowledge of Power BI and Power Query (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
