The Opportunity

Lead the finance function of a multi-million-pound manufacturing business.

Partner with the General Manager to shape strategy, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence.

You Will

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 finance professionals
• Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, forecasting and variance analysis
• Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
• Drive business improvements through data insights
• Oversee working capital, machine costing and Capex strategy
• Partner on commercial decision-making and growth plans

You will bring

• Degree plus 4 years PQE with ACA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Proven finance leadership experience (manufacturing a plus)
• Advanced Excel and ERP skills
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
